Southwestern Chicken Salad

Southwestern Chicken Salad
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn
1 can organic black beans
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 avocado, diced
3 chicken breasts, poached and shredded
handful of cilantro, chopped
squeeze of lime juice

Mix everything together and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let flavors meld together. Season with salt and pepper.
